MUSIC TIMELINE IN THE CLASSROOM

 To use Music Timeline you just have to access its website and browse freely.https://music-timeline.appspot.com/about.html

You can perform various activities:

1-  Choose a genre or musical style and investigate its evolution during the period covered by Music Timeline. You will also have to indicate the subgenres that it comprises, artists of each of them and discs edited by dates. 
2- On the contrary, you can select a decade and investigate which musical genres are highlighted in those years, noting their characteristics, artists and mainstream albums. 
3-  Each student can search for their favorite artist with the search engine and conduct a study about their popularity along the corresponding timeline.  You can find out, for example, which albums have been most successful and how their music has evolved over the years.
