Erresuma Batuko Haur orkestran hasi zan oboejole moduan. Musika ikasketak bukatuta, rock eta jazz munduan aritu zan, talde ezbardinetako kidea izanez.
Iragarkietako hainbat abesti konposatu dauz, euretariko batzuk arrakasta handia lortuz, Adiemus esaterako. Abesti hau aireline baten iragarkian agertu zan, eta hain ospe handia lortu eban, Jenkinsek Adiemus proiektua burutu ebala, konpositore bezala gorenera helduz.
“Songs of sanctuary” diskako lehen abestia da Adiemus, eta lan hau musika klasikoen zerrendeetako lehen postuetara heldu zan.
