Ya sólo quedan cuatro días para la fiesta de Halloween y estoy segura de que ¡ya os salen los monstruos, las brujas y los fantasmas por las orejas! Así que, para terminar la recopilación de canciones de Halloween, os traigo la última partitura de flauta dulce de Halloween que he transcrito.

There's only four days left for Halloween and I'm sure that your head is about to explode with monsters, witches and ghosts! Thus, to finish the Halloween children songs compilation, I want to share with you my latest Halloween music sheet for recorder.

"Spooky spooky Recorder Music Sheet

Hoy comparto la partitura para "Spooky, spooky", una canción infantil de Halloween muy sencilla para trabajar el vocabulario. La partitura es un poco difícil porque tiene semicorcheas, tresillos y alguna síncopa además de un fa sostenido. No obstante, por imitación no debería ser demasiado complicada de montar. Aquí os dejo un Wix de la partitura:

Today I want to share the "Spooky, spooky" music sheet, a very easy Halloween song for children to learn the key words. The music sheet is a little difficult because of the semiquavers, the triplets, the syncopation and the F#. Nevertheless, if you teach it by imitation it shouldn't be that hard. Here I've prepared a Wix with the Music Sheet:

Llevo un tiempo planteándome la creación de una página de Facebook para el blog y, por fin, después de leer esta entrada de Santiago Moll, me he decidido a hacerlo. ¡ESTAMOS EN FACEBOOK!

I've been a while now thinking about creating a Facebook page for the blog and, finally, after reading this blog post by Santiago Moll, I've made up my mind. WE ARE ON FACEBOOK!

Kickstarting our FACEBOOK page

¿Y por qué hacer una página de facebook de un blog educativo? Con esta página pretendo:
  • Centralizar todos los contenidos que comparto en las distintas redes sociales en un único lugar (el blog, pinterest, instagram, twitter, Google+).
  • Facilitar el seguimiento de las entradas para aquellas personas que no tienen servicios de RSS y suelen usar Facebook para estar al día.
  • Hacer más accesibles los comentarios.
  • Conectar con los/as familiares, mi alumnado actual, compañeros/as docentes y de anteriores cursos así como con el resto de la comunidad educativa.
  • Difundir los recursos y proyectos que realizamos a más público.

And why start a facebook page from an edublog? With this page I want to:
  • Centralize all the contents we share in the different social networks (the blog, pinterest, instagram, twitter, Google+).
  • Facilitate the subscription to the blog posts for those who don't use any RSS service and usually employ Facebook to be updated.
  • Make the commentaries more accesible.
  • Connect with the families, my students, teachers and the rest of the educating community.
  • Spread the resources and projects that we undertake to a wider public.

¿Y qué son los/as artistas de YOUTUBE? Para mí, son aquellas personas, grupos y músicos que se dan a conocer en la plataforma de vídeos y crean versiones de canciones, instrumentaciones, mashups, remixes y otras obras musicales por puro amor a la música y, muchas veces, sin respaldo económico y de producción de ningún tipo.

And what are YOUTUBE music artists? For me, they're these people, groups and musicians who break out in the famous video platform and share their song covers, instrumentations, mashups, remixes and other musical pieces only for the love of music and, many times, without any economic or production endorsement of any kind.

Como ya os comenté en esta entrada, sigo transcribiendo las partituras para flauta dulce de las canciones de Halloween que compartí con vosotros/as. ¡Aquí os traigo otra más!

As I told you here, I'm determined to transcribe the Halloween songs I shared with you into music sheets for recorder. So here's the latest!

"Halloween Night Recorder Music Sheet

Hoy comparto la partitura para "Halloween Night", una canción infantil de Halloween muy sencilla para trabajar el vocabulario. La canción muy fácil y se puede tocar hasta por imitación. También se puede tocar empezando en RE o en LA, puesto que sigue la misma línea melódica. Creo que podría ser una buena idea hacer un montaje con carrillón y flauta dulce y es muy adecuado para Primaria. Aquí os dejo un Wix de la partitura:

Today I want to share the "Halloween Night" music sheet, a very easy Halloween song for children to learn the key words. The song is very easy and you can teach it by imitation. You can also play it starting with a D or an A, because it follows the same melodic line. I also think it would be a good idea to assemble recorders and glockenspiels to play it and it's very suitable for young learners. Here I've prepared a Wix with the Music Sheet:

El curso pasado ya elaboramos un "Manual de sonidos de percusión corporal" en el que os mostramos cuáles son los sonidos y movimientos que podemos hacer con nuestro cuerpo. Sin embargo, llevo un tiempo queriendo tener una ayuda visual no convencional para poder hacer secuencias de ritmos corporales.

Last year we made a "Body percussion manual for school" in which we show the sounds and movements we can make with our body. Nevertheless, I've been wanting a non-conventional visual aid to make rythmic body sequences for a while.

Obviamente hay muchos más sonidos, pero los he reducido a los 8 más interesantes (en mi opinión) para incluir en el aula de música: 
1. BOP: golpe hueco en la boca
2. SSHHH: siseo equivalente a un silencio
3. BOOM: golpe en el pecho con la palma abierta de la mano
4. SNAP: chasquido de dedos
5. CLAP: palmada (puede haber variaciones)
6. RUB: frotado de manos
7. TAP: golpe en las piernas (puede haber variaciones)
8. STOMP: golpe en el suelo con el pie (o los pies)
Obviously there are many other sounds, but I've reduced the list to the 8 that I find more interesting for the music lessons:
1. BOP: tapping the mouth
2. SSHHH: hissing sound equivalent to a rest
3. BOOM: chest tapping with an open palm
4. SNAP: snapping fingers
5. CLAP: clapping (there might be variations)
6. RUB: hand rubbing
7. TAP: leg / thigh tapping (there might be variations)
8. STOMP: foot stomping (or feet stomping)
