Como sabéis, me gusta mucho trabajar la percusión corporal y siempre supone un reto, porque no hay demasiados recursos online para hacerlo desde las etapas infantil y primaria. Así que hoy os traigo...

El curso pasado ya elaboramos un "Manual de sonidos de percusión corporal" en el que os mostramos cuáles son los sonidos y movimientos que podemos hacer con nuestro cuerpo. Sin embargo, llevo un tiempo queriendo tener una ayuda visual no convencional para poder hacer secuencias de ritmos corporales.

Last year we made a "Body percussion manual for school" in which we show the sounds and movements we can make with our body. Nevertheless, I've been wanting a non-conventional visual aid to make rythmic body sequences for a while.

Obviamente hay muchos más sonidos, pero los he reducido a los 8 más interesantes (en mi opinión) para incluir en el aula de música: 
1. BOP: golpe hueco en la boca
2. SSHHH: siseo equivalente a un silencio
3. BOOM: golpe en el pecho con la palma abierta de la mano
4. SNAP: chasquido de dedos
5. CLAP: palmada (puede haber variaciones)
6. RUB: frotado de manos
7. TAP: golpe en las piernas (puede haber variaciones)
8. STOMP: golpe en el suelo con el pie (o los pies)
Obviously there are many other sounds, but I've reduced the list to the 8 that I find more interesting for the music lessons:
1. BOP: tapping the mouth
2. SSHHH: hissing sound equivalent to a rest
3. BOOM: chest tapping with an open palm
4. SNAP: snapping fingers
5. CLAP: clapping (there might be variations)
6. RUB: hand rubbing
7. TAP: leg / thigh tapping (there might be variations)
8. STOMP: foot stomping (or feet stomping)

Como ya os comenté en esta entrada, me he propuesto transcribir las partituras para flauta dulce de las canciones de Halloween que compartí con vosotros/as. ¡Aquí os traigo otra más!

As I told you here, I'm determined to transcribe the Halloween songs I shared with you into music sheets for recorder. So here's the latest!

"Go Away Recorder Music Sheet

Hoy comparto la partitura para "Go Away", una canción infantil de Halloween que está basada en la melodía de la tradicional "She'll be coming round the mountain". La canción tiene un La2 que se puede intercambiar por un Do3, y es muy adecuada tanto para cantar como para tocar porque las figuras rítmicas son sencillas. Aquí os dejo un Wix de la partitura:

Today I want to share the "Go Away" music sheet, the Halloween song for children that's based on the melody of the traditional "She'll be coming round de mountain". The song has an A2 that we can play as a C3, and it's great to sing it or play it because the rythmic patterns are very simple. Here I've prepared a Wix with the Music Sheet:

Hoy os traigo una recopilación de las manualidades de Halloween que más me gustan para integrar en el aula de educación infantil y primaria. En internet hay una gran cantidad de propuestas e ideas para decorar las clases y las casas, pero he querido recoger aquí las que más me gustan.

Today I made a compilation of my favorite Halloween crafts to use in the Pre-K and Primary Classes. On the internet there are lot of ideas and designs to decorate your class or your homes, but I've wanted to collect here the ones I like the most.

Como ya vimos en la anterior entrada, sobre el vocabulario clave de Halloween, es a partir de haber decidido qué palabras vamos a trabajar desde las que hay que plantearse las actividades. Por eso, aquí os presento manualidades para la clase de educación plástica y artística (principalmente) que he recopilado de la red basándome en los monstruos de Halloween y otros conceptos en los que quiero ahondar con mi alumnado de primaria. Son manualidades sencillas, con materiales baratos y fáciles de integrar en el aula.

As I already said in the previous post, about the Halloween key vocabulary, when you want to plan craft lessons you have to decide which words you want to teach previously (a part from knowing which art and motor skills you want to encourage, of course). Thus, here there are some crafts for the arts class (mainly) that I've compiled based on the Halloween monsters and other terms I want to work with my young learners. These crafts are easy, with non expensive materiales and easy integrated in class.

After I posted the Halloween children's song compilation, some fellow teachers have asked me for the music sheets of the songs to play and sing so here you are!


Hoy os traigo la partitura para "The Skeleton Dance", la canción infantil de Halloween que tanto gusta a todo el mundo. La canción está originalmente en Re Mayor, por lo que no es adecuada para flauta dulce ni carrillones, pero sí para cantar. Aquí os dejo un Wix de la partitura para Re Mayor:

Today I want to share "The Skeleton Dance" music sheet, the Halloween song for children that everybody loves so much. The song is originally in D Major, and thus it's not appropriate to play with the recorder or the glockenspiel, but it's great to sing it. Here I've prepared a Wix with the Music Sheet in D Major:
